Industrial safety training – Visit to Mahesh Plastics Solapur

Acute Institute of Fire & Safety Solapur team visited today to M/s. Mahesh Plastics Solapur. Company owner Mr. Budharam Ganesh explained to our team about how their staff follows safety while production of various plastics stuff. They told us about while processing plastic mold heat process their works use hand gloves to prevent burn injuries.

Precaution should be taken while working with machinery – use of MSDS ( Material Safety Data Sheet ) with this you get complete information of plastic nature, appearance and what to do in an accident.

Personal Safety Gear

You must always wear required proper PPE like gloves, steel toed boots, goggles or face shields, ear protection, and well-fitting clothes to safeguard from danger of plastic burning blinded etc.

Safeguard Area

If you’re working with combustible or flammable materials, you must mark work areas with “No Smoking” signs. You must also consider prohibiting smoking in the entire plant, factory, storage and manufacturing areas.

Also they showed us what is process of plastic bag making machine.

Next process was plastic bag cutting machine, they shows us practical of the cutting process.

While all the process they next showed us printing on plastic process & safety procedure taken during making, cutting  & printing  of plastic bags.
